How long does it take to get through the five levels?
That's entirely up to you. Most members move through one level every one to two weeks. If you do the work consistently you could complete all five levels in six to ten weeks. There's no deadline and no pressure — but there is accountability because I won't approve your homework until it meets the standard.
What if I'm a complete beginner with no shop yet?
Level 1 starts at the very beginning — where to sell, what to sell, how to price it. You don't need an existing shop or existing sales to join. You just need clay earrings and a genuine desire to sell them.
What if I already have a shop but it's not working?
This is exactly who The First 100 Lab is built for. You'll move through the levels and at every homework submission I'll look at your existing shop and tell you specifically what needs to change. Many members find that Level 3 alone — photos and listings — completely transforms their results.
How much time does this take per week?
The training videos are short and focused. Homework at each level takes one to two hours to complete. The monthly call is roughly ninety minutes. Plan for two to three hours per week and you'll move through the program comfortably.
When is the monthly coaching call?
The last week of every month. The exact date is announced at the beginning of each month inside the members community. Calls are recorded and replays are available if you can't attend live.
What platform do you focus on?
The framework is built primarily around Etsy because it's the most accessible starting point for clay earring makers without an existing audience. The product, pricing, photography, and business strategy lessons apply to any platform you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
